How to Order - A Step by Step Guide to using our Website.

There are 3 easy ways of finding your supplies on our website, you can search by 'Printer Model',  by   'Cartridge Code' or by 'Printer Series'.

By Printer Model - This is the best option if you are not sure what cartridge your printer uses. Simply type your 'Printer Model' into the relevant search box on the top left of this page and then click 'Go' our search engine will then find the cartridges that fit your printer. Select the cartridge you wish to purchase, you can click the blue text for more information on the product or click the basket icon to add it to your basket.  Once done you can then select more cartridges or go to 'Checkout'. Your shopping basket is on the top right of the screen, from here you can choose ' View ' to see what products you are going to buy or ' Checkout '  out to go to the payment page.

By Cartridge Code - Simply type your 'Cartridge Code' into the relevant box on the top left of this page. You can use either the short code, i.e Hp 21 or the full code i.e  Hp C9351CE, once you have entered your code click 'Go' and our search engine will find the cartridge you have entered. This search will only bring up the cartridge for the code you have entered, which makes it ideal if you know exactly what you are looking for or you only want one cartridge, if you are looking for sets i.e black and colour you can either add your 1st cartridge to the basket and then search for your 2nd as above or to see both/all of the cartridges that your printer takes; use the 'Printer Model' search as above.

The screen will go white with a little box in the centre, click OK the item you selected is now in your basket. Once done you can then select more cartridges or go to 'Checkout'. By Printer Series - Your printer Series is the 'family' or 'group' which your printer belongs to. You would usually see the series then your printer model, for example, HP Photosmart 3300 or HP PSC 1210. On the left of your screen you will see a section called 'Printers' , this is a list of all the HP Printer Series' we supply including inkjet and toners. Simply click on your series, you will then be taken to a page which displays the series of printers you have chosen. Then 'click' your printer to view the cartridges that your printer uses. Select the cartridge you wish to purchase, you can click the blue text for more information on the product or click the basket icon to add it to your basket. The screen will go white with a little box in the centre, click OK the item you selected is now in your basket.  Once done you can then select more cartridges or go to 'Checkout'. Your shopping basket is on the top right of the screen, from here you can choose ' View ' to see what products you are going to buy or ' Checkout '  to go to the payment page.

Basket - Your basket is located at the top right of your screen. You can use this section to review any products you have added to your basket whilst browsing. You can use 'View' to double check your order and see the total amount you need to pay. When you are happy your order is complete click 'Checkout'.

Checkout - This is the section where you make payment. We need to ask you for certain information including your name and address for delivery and your payment details. Don't worry, from the moment you log in to our checkout page your information is encrypted and fully secure (for more info see our security section) you can check that your computer is in secure mode by looking for the padlock at the bottom of the page.

Using the Checkout - If you have added products to your basket your are now ready to Checkout and pay. First click the 'Checkout' button, you will then be taken to the 'Log in' page, if you are reading this then it is unlikley you have visited us before so ignore the top section and click the green 'Continue to Checkout' button.Add your details into the information form, fields marked with * must be filled in before you can proceed.  You can also use this section to create an account for easy reordering (see accounts below), A final check that your order is correct and then click the green 'Place order now' button, you are then taken to the final payment page. At this point you will be redirected to our payment gateway which is linked directly to your bank, pop in your card details and make payment. Order Confirmation - Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive automated emails from our system, the first email you will recieve is from our website, this will be your order confirmation, keep it safe as it contains your order details and a unique order referance number, you will need this should you need to contact us regarding your order. The second email you will recieve is from Protx, this is our secure payment gateway and it will contain details of your payment (NOT CARD DETAILS) and to inform you that your payment has been processed successfully.

Online Accounts - For quick and easy reordering why not Create an account with us, our website will remember all your oders so all you need to do is Log In and click reorder on the products you need, you can reorder full or part oders from here. You will still need to input your card details for payment, to protect you we do not see nor store your card details.

There are 2 ways you can create an account, you can either use the ' Create an Account ' button on the page just before making a payment or you can use the box on the left of your screen.

Order By Phone - You can also order by phone.Our customer service team are always happy to help, simply place your order online as usual, select 'Pay by Phone' in the Checkout and then call us and give your card details over the phone, or if you prefer our customer service team will place your order online for you.
