Delivery is FREE throughout the U.K for all orders. We make every effort to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm.

WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE UK.

Small orders and Inkjet cartridges are delivered using Royal Mail's Signed For service. Please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to arrive.

Larger orders and Toner Cartridges will be delivered by courier, this is usually a next day service.

We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

What if I’m not at home for delivery?

Simply select to have your order shipped to your work place, a neighbour or a friends house. We often split orders into several packages so they will each fit through a letterbox, but if your postman is unable to deliver your ink cartridges they will notify you by placing a card through your letterbox telling you how to rearrange delivery.
